We are looking for a creative and analytical R&D Specialist to join our innovation team and help develop the next generation of sustainable products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science and sustainability, creating solutions that generate both economic and environmental value.
As an R&D Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and test new product formulations that extend our circular economy model into new applications and markets.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop new product formulations utilizing our circular economy resources
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate product performance and stability
- Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements
- Collaborate with operations teams to scale laboratory formulations to production
- Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends in relevant fields
- Prepare technical documentation for regulatory compliance and certification
- Support the commercialization process for new product launches
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing product formulations
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, agricultural science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in agricultural inputs or natural products
- Strong laboratory skills and experience with analytical techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for agricultural or food products
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis
- Fluency in Albanian and English
