We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production activities at our INCA facility in Lezhe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and quality.
As Operations Manager, you will lead a team of production supervisors and staff, ensuring smooth operations across all production lines while implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization
- Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and staff
- Implement and maintain quality control systems that meet international standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain performance
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in strategic planning for capacity expansion and technology upgrades
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, food technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food processing
- Strong knowledge of production management systems and quality control standards
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Albanian and English
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards is a plus
