From Single Product to Circular Economy Pioneer

AZ Group’s journey began in 2008 with I.N.C.A. Ltd., Albania’s first natural casings producer. Driven by circular economy principles, we expanded our vision by establishing PetEat in 2018 for premium pet treats, followed by AZ Rendering for agricultural inputs and bio-energy components. Our most recent venture into pharmaceutical precursors completed our integrated value chain. Each expansion has followed one guiding principle: maximize value while eliminating waste. Today, we operate with zero technological waste and a negative carbon footprint, pioneering sustainable business practices across the Western Balkans and European markets.
